Are your sea-kayaking excursions easily accessible to beginners?

Absolutely. Prior to each kayak launching, beginners are given a beginner’s course on kayak adjustment, paddle handling and other kayak related topics.

Are your sea-kayaking excursions accessible to the whole family?

Groups are always followed by unsinkable security boats. We can easily take children from 7 to 11 years old on board these unsinkable boats so that they can experience the trip on the water.

Must I provide for my own meals when engaging in a sea-kayaking trip?

Our worry-free club packages always include all the meals so that our guests can enjoy as much as possible the activities and toured sites.

What if I get tired during a sea-kayaking outing?

Our guide(s) in charge on the security boat will either invite you to climb onboard or to tow you along so that you can still enjoy the scenery while following the group.

What if I get tired during a cycling or hiking trip?

A shuttle vehicle is always available for the well-being of our guests. In addition, one of our guides always acts as a “trail officer” who stays behind with our most “contemplative” guests for added safety.

Is it possible to split groups to accommodate for slower or faster participants?

We usually do so that all our guests can as much as possible enjoy the trip at their own pace.

Are your guides equipped with emergency communication devices?

All our guides are equipped with FM/VHF transmitters in order to be able to communicate with one another and to reach local emergency services.

I am not a camper, but I would like to go on a trip where camping is the accommodation provided. Can you offer any alternative?

We are well aware that not everybody likes camping. This is why we offer the VIP package of comfortable camping. We have huge tents with camp cots, mattresses and even bedside tables. And with only two persons per tent, you will have as much space as you like and need.

Are there any meetings prior to departure for people going on the same trip?

We always hold at least one meeting with guests and guides going on the same trip. This allows us to get acquainted with each other and to share all the materials and information required to properly prepare for the trip and get to know your guides.

Is it possible to have a single room?

Almost all of our tips are based on double occupancy. People traveling alone should therefore expect to share a room with another person. However, it could be possible to have a single room depending on where we stay. For camping trips, single tent occupancy is available at extra cost. Please contact us for more details.

Are passport and/or visa required?

It is important to make sure that your passport will remain valid for at least 6 months after your return date from a trip abroad. Also make sure your passport has enough blank pages for all the required visa stamps.

What is the minimum age for children in sea-kayaking activities?

Children aged 9 and more can enjoy sea-kayaking with one parent in one of our two-seat kayaks.
