Go to explore and discover the biggest Heron colony of America, the Berthier Islands, the Sorel Islands and lac St-Pierre sailing all over channels which form the lung of the majestic St.Lawrence River. Take advantage of this entrancing quietness while relaxing on water, surrounded by an amazing aquatic life. You will have also the pleasure to lunch in the Berthier Island archipelago. We recommend you to bring binoculars, camera, sunscreen, sunglass, water bottles (2 litres). A whole day of activities are waiting for you.

With its 103 Islands, Berthier Islands, Sorel Islands and Lac St-Pierre are recognized by UNESCO since 2001, as a worldwide reserve of the biosphere.

These exceptional days out are accessible as well for sea-kayak beginners as for experts.

9h00 am. In the parking of Tim Horton in Berthier. Exit 144 of highway 40 at Berthier.


End of activities
3h30 pm, we end the day with a little treat by serving you our renowned maple syrup pancakes.Free for the organizer of a group of 10 persons and more.
